Utilizing Dimension-Polyant's customized membrane sailcloth, D4^® membranes, VMG is able to cover the full range of applications for boats of all sizes, including Grand Prix, Club Racer, Cruise and Mega Yachts.

Rather than being made from standard rolled sail cloth or a sailcloth laminate, a D4^® membrane is custom made for the intended use from fiber through to finished sail.

Yarn densities and trajectories are varied throughout the membrane to ensure the optimal amount and direction of yarn for the predicted loads. Different fibers and blends thereof combined with several surface options allow VMG to create a custom product directed specifically to the needs of each customer.
